Rug doll from airline socks

Aloha!!!!she is a Hawaian little girl, ready for a beach party in Robert Kaufman "chasing the rainbow" dress.

Sewing  simple pleasure and have tons of fun making this rug doll. Try it for your self with your little girl.Hope the rug doll will bring a lot of fun and  love in your family too. More travels means more free socks.My kids would be delighted every time she get airline free socks.Free socks means another soft toy or something that we will make out of nothing/freebies. hehehe ,blame cheapskate me!!! we challenged our self to have   fun creating something out of nothing. We had a lot of fun making Rug doll.

from sock 1 :cut of the upper part/top of 1 sock to sew and make a ball/head, the rest, turn and sew to make 2 arms. while From sock 2 : sew into half to make both legs

stuff up with filler to form the head for the doll

now sew the dress and legs

turn inside like so into the dress

sandwiches the legs in between the dress then pin the legs 

same goes to the arms

sew the sandwiches arms (in between the dress cotton/layers),sew one side at a time

once done /attached /sewing both legs and arms to the doll,but leaves the opening at the neck, to turn the doll in side out using head/neck hole

tada!!! become like this, we early done!!
